Festa Wall Sections

The Festa residence was a project to create a game room and new master bedroom to an existing house. The existing structure was already at the height limit for the area, so the extension needed to be added to the rear and below the existing house. The extension was added at an angle that allowed for the best view down a narrow canyon to the Pacific Ocean. This project was located in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles.
